רשימה גנאלוגית, ככל הנראה בכתב ידו של ידותון הלוי (סוף המאה ה-12 עד תחילת המאה ה-13), חזן הקהילה הארץ-ישראלית. הרשימה כוללת פרטים על משפחתו של סלים אלע'זולי הלוי, ואולי נועדה לצורך חלוקת ירושה. אשתו של יוסף, בנו של סלים, היא בתו של טאהר החירש, השמש של דמוה. חלק מן המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית מחקר של גויטיין. שייך לאשכול מסמכים הכולל מספר פריטים נוספים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Genealogical list, probably written by Yedutun Halevi (late 12th to early 13th century), the cantor of the Palestinian congregation. Details about the family of Salīm al-Ghazūlī the Levi. Perhaps for the purpose of dividing an inheritance. The wife of Salīm's son Yūsuf is the daughter of Ṭāhir the Deaf, the beadle of Dammūh.
