ורסו: דף מתוך פנקס בית הדין (שימוש) של הקהילה הבבלית בפוסטאט. מתוארך ליום חמישי, כ"ז בניסן 1339 לשטרות = 25 באפריל 1028 לסה"נ. מבארך בן הבה, שמש הקהילה הבבלית בפוסטאט, מצהיר כי תפס אדם בשם סקא (סקא) ביום האחרון של פסח (יום שישי, "יום ויושע") וכלא אותו בביתו. לאחר הכרזת חרם סתם, מעיד יעקב לוי בן יוסף כי ראה את האסיר נמלט דרך חלון בבית השמש. העדים: אברהם בן אהרן הכהן ויוסף בן עובדיה. רישום נוסף של בית הדין מאותו תאריך מצוי במסמך אחר. Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Page from the court register (שימוש) of the Babylonian community of Fustat. Dated: Thursday, 27 Nisan 1339 = 25 April 1028 CE. Mubārak b. Hiba, a beadle of the Babylonian community in Fustat, declares that he had caught a man, Saqqā (סקא) on the last day of Passover (Friday יום ויושע) and confined him in his house. After a declaration of a ḥerem stam Yaʿaqov Levi b. Yosef testifies that he saw the imprisoned man escape through a window of the beadle’s house. Witnesses: Avraham b.
