רישום משפטי (מס' 13) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדף 6r). אינו מתוארך, אך ככל הנראה משנת 1560 לערך לפי התאריכים ברישומים הסמוכים בפנקס. שמואל בן יעקב אללוי אל-[ירו]שלמי(?) מופיע בפני בית הדין וחברי הקהילה הקראית בבית הכנסת דאר שמחה כדי לשלם דמי שכירות עבור מגוריו, הנמנים עם נכסי הקודש של הקהילה. מבנה התשלום מביא בחשבון את הוצאות התחזוקה והאחזקה של שמואל על הנכס. ברישום מאוחר יותר באותו פנקס בית דין נזכר אדם בשם שמואל אללוי אלקודסי כאחד הדיירים בנכסי הקודש (PGPID 41042 שו' 15–16), וייתכן שמדובר באותו אדם אם אכן שמו הוא שמואל אללוי אל-[ירו]שלמי(?) (כאשר הסופר מתחלף בין הצורה הערבית אלקודסי לצורה העברית המקבילה אל-ירושלמי).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#13) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 6r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Undated, but likely c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. Shemuʾel b. Yaʿaqov al-Levi al-[Yeru]shalmī(?) appears before the court and members of the Karaite community in Dār Simḥa Synagogue to make a rental payment for his residence, which is part of the communal qodesh. The payment structure factors in Shemuʾel's maintenance/upkeep costs for the property. In a later entry of the same court register a certain Shemuʾel al-Levi al-Qudsī is listed as one of the residents of qodesh properties (PGPID 41042 ll. 15-16), which could be the same person if his name is indeed Shemuʾel al-Levi al-[Yeru]shalmī(?) (with the scribe alternating between Arabic and Hebrew equivalents al-Qudsī/al-Yerushalmī). MCD.
