רישום משפטי (מס' 14) מתוך פנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. המסמך אינו מתוארך, אך ככל הנראה נכתב סביב שנת 1560 לספירה, על סמך התאריכים ברישומים סמוכים באותו פנקס. יהודה הדיין הרופא בן יוסף החכם הרופא מופיע בפני בית הדין כדי לשלם דמי שכירות עבור דירת מגוריו, שהיא חלק מנכסי ההקדש הקהילתי. מבנה התשלום מביא בחשבון את הוצאות האחזקה והתחזוקה של הנכס שיהודה נשא בהן. ברישום מאוחר יותר באותו פנקס בית דין הוא מופיע ברשימת הדיירים בנכסי ההקדש הקהילתי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#14) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 6r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Undated, but likely c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. Yehuda ha-dayyān ha-Rofe b. Yosef ha-ḥakham ha-Rofe appears before the court to make a rental payment for his residence, which is part of the communal qodesh. The payment structure factors in Yehuda's maintenance/upkeep costs for the property. In a later entry of the same court register he is listed as one of the residents of the communal qodesh: PGPID 41042 ll. 15-16. MCD.
