(מסמך מס' 29) הסכם רכישה דחויה הנוגע לאותו נכס המופיע בשני הרישומים הקודמים — חלקים בדירת קומה עליונה. רחמה ויוסף בן-ברוך עורכים סידור משפטי עם חביבה, אלמנתו של משה ג'וואני, לפיו ב-12 החודשים שלאחר תום הסכם השכירות בן 36 החודשים תעמוד להם האפשרות לרכוש מחדש את חלקי הנכס במחיר המקורי של 3,300 מדין. במהלך תקופת מגוריהם בדירה מתחייבים רחמה ויוסף לתחזק את הנכס ולבצע בו שיפוצים בהתאם לצרכיו.

Dated 26 Adar 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #29) Delayed purchase agreement for the same property as the previous two entries, shares in an upper-story apartment (PGPID 40905, PGPID 40906). Raḥma and Yosef Ben-Barūkh make arrangements with Ḥabība, widow of Moshe Juwwānī/Jawwānī, such that in the 12 months following the 36-month rental agreement, they will have the opportunity to repurchase the property shares for the original price of 3,300 medin. During the course of their residence Raḥma and Yosef commit to maintain and renovate the apartment according to its needs. MCD.
