(מסמך מס' 19) פרשת פירוק שותפות המתארת כיצד שלושה סוחרים מסלוניקי הוציאו בעבר ייפוי כוח, וכעת ביקשו ליישב את חובותיהם וחשבונותיהם ולשחרר אחד מן השותפים. הצדדים הנזכרים הם: מרדכי בן יעקב אשכנזי, אברהם פירמון, ויהודה חננאל. שני השותפים האחרונים, אברהם ויהודה, מופיעים בפני בית הדין בקהיר כדי לפטור את מרדכי מייפוי הכוח הקודם שקיבלו ממנו בסלוניקי.

Dated 9 Adar 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #19) A partnership dissolution case explaining how three merchants from Salonika had originally issued a power of attorney, but have now sought to resolve their debts/accounts and to release one partner. The parties mentioned include: Mordekhay b. Yaʿaqov Ashkenazi, Avraham Firmon, and Yehuda Ḥananʾel. The latter two partners Avraham and Yehuda appear before the beit din in Cairo to dismiss Mordekhay from the prior power of attorney document they had received in Salonika. MCD.
