recto: שריד מכתב הממוען לאדם נכבד בשם אבו אלברכאת בן [...], המכונה בתארים "שר מנוחה" ו"שר שלום". המכתב פותח בריבוי איחולים להחלמתו של הנמען ממחלתו (שורות 5–12), ובהמשך עוסק בשאלה הנוגעת לגט (בין שורה 13 לשורה 14). בראש המכתב מוזכרת העיירה צהרג'ת, ובתחתיתו נזכר יוסף בן אזהר. verso: שריד מכתב נוסף, בעברית, עם שתי שורות בכתב ערבי בתחתית הדף. כתב היד שונה במקצת מזה שב-recto. ככל הנראה מן המאה ה-11 או ה-12.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Letter fragment to a distinguished person named Abū l-Barakāt b. [...], titled Sar Menuḥa and Sar Shalom. Contains profuse well-wishes for the addressee's recovery from his illness (r5–12), and concerns a question about a bill of divorce (between lines 13 and 14). The letter mentions the town of Ṣahrajt (at the top) and Yosef b. Azhar (at the bottom). Verso: Letter fragment. In Hebrew, with two lines in Arabic script at the bottom.
