מכתב מאת פקיד לשעבר ונציג הנגיד (נא'יב) בקהילת אלכסנדריה, אל הנגיד. הכותב מבקש מהנגיד להתערב לטובתו כדי שיוכל לקבל את כספי הפסיקה ואת שכר התפקיד שראשי הקהילה עדיין חייבים לו. לפי מרים פרנקל, המכתב נדון בהקשר של מערכות הצדקה והתמיכה הקהילתית בחברה היהודית של ימי הביניים באגן הים התיכון.
