רשומה משפטית (מס' 52) העוסקת בחלוקת ירושה ושייכת לרשומה הקודמת. הכותרת היא "נוסח מה שראוי להיכתב", אך אין מדובר אך ורק בתבנית למסמך אחר, שכן מופיעות בה חתימות עדים. אותו מצב המתואר ברשומה מס' 51 מוצג כאן בפירוט רב יותר, ובכלל זה רשימה של פריטי הנדוניה של האם שנמסרו על ידי הנאמן בו סעד למיופה כוחה של הבת, אברהם. העדים החתומים: חיא בן יצחק; אפרים בן משולם.

Headed "the text of what should be written," but this is not solely a template for another document, because it has witness siagnatures. The same situation as in #51 is explained in more detail, and there is a list of the items of the mother's dowry that were handed over by the trustee Bū Saʿd to the daughter's agent Avraham. Witnesses: Ḥiyya b. Yiṣḥaq; Efrayim b. Meshullam.
