קטע קטן מאוד מתשובת גאונים בעברית ובארמית, שהועתק בכתב ידו של חלפון בן נתנאל. התשובה כוללת דיון בסוגיה מתלמוד בבלי, מסכת סנהדרין, בענייני עדים בבית דין. אף שלא נשתמר מן הטקסט אלא מעט, הקטע מעיד על כך שחלפון נהג להעתיק לעצמו תשובות גאונים לצרכיו האישיים. Princeton Geniza Project description: IB ח96. Copied in the handwriting of Ḥalfon b. Netanʾel, a very small section of a gaonic responsum in Hebrew and Aramaic containing a discussion of Babylonian Talmud Sanhedrin on witnesses in court. Although not much is preserved of the text, the fragment demonstrates that Ḥalfon copied gaonic responsa for his own needs. (Information from Goitein and Friedman, India Book IV) This document was not part of Goitein's original list, but was identified as a Ḥalfon document by M. A. Friedman, who included it in India Book IV. Probably joins with T-S AS 88.31 (PGPID 41715).
