אחת משלוש טיוטות של מסמך הנוגע לפקיד (מֻקַדַּם) בקהילת אל-מחלה בתקופת כהונתו של מבורך בן סעדיה (פעיל בשנים 1078–1111). המסמך כתוב בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי (פעיל בשנים 1066–1108). שלושת העותקים הידועים של המסמך נשמרו בשלושה קטעים שונים מהגניזה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: One of three draft versions of a document concerning an official (muqaddam) in the community of al-Mahalla during the administration of Mevorakh b. Saadya (active 1078-1111). In the handwriting of Hillel b. Eli (active 1066-1108). The three copies are T-S 20.125 (PGPID 7538), L-G Ar. II.63 (PGPID 8985), and T-S 12.9 + T-S 16.196 (PGPID 3440).
