פנקס חשבונות מפורט בערבית-יהודית. לפי גויטיין, לקטע זה אותו כתב יד ואותה מתכונת ארגון של שני קטעים נוספים. הקטע הנוכחי כולל בטור אחד רשימות הוצאות עבור שיפוצים בבית הכנסת, ובטור השני סידורי הלוויה. (חלק מהמידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין.)
