מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. נכתב בפוסטאט, ומתוארך לעשור האחרון של חודש אייר שנת 1431 למניין השטרות, שהוא אפריל 1120 לסה"נ. המסמך מתעד הסדר פשרה בין אמת אלקאדר סת אלגרב, אשתו של סת אלמלאח יוסף, לבין אחותה קרת אלעין סת אלמלאח, אלמנתו של אבו יעקוב המוכר בכינוי אבן נחום. שתי הנשים הן בנותיו של אבו אלפצ'ל שלה בן שלמה אבן אלקטאאיף. ההליך המשפטי עוסק בירושת אביהן ואמן של השתיים, והן מחלקות ביניהן בשווה את בית אביהן. קיים מסמך בית דין נוסף, שאף הוא נכתב בעשור האחרון של אייר שנת 1431 למניין השטרות, העוסק בהשכרת חלקה של סת אלמלאח בבית על ידי גיסה, סת אלמלאח. שתי האחיות מסכימות כאן גם בעניין קורות העץ, שהיו מקור למחלוקת במסמך אחר. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Location: Fustat. Dated: last decade of Iyyar 1431 Seleucid, which is April 1120 CE. Settlement between Amat al-Qādir Sitt al-Gharb, the wife of Sitt al-Milāḥ Yosef, and her sister Qurrat al-ʿAyn Sitt al-Milāḥ, the widow of Abū Yaʿqūb known as Ibn Naḥum. The two women are the daughters of Abū l-Faḍl Shela b. Shelomo Ibn al-Qaṭāʾif. The legal case concerns the inheritance from both their father and mother - they divide their father's house between them equally. A different court document, also written in last decade of Iyyar 1431 Sel., concerning the leasing of Sitt al-Milāḥ's half of the house by her brother-in-law, Sitt al-Milāḥ (T-S 16.356 + Moss. VII,116.3 - PGPID 7492). The two sisters also agree here about the woodrn beams, which are a source of dispute in ENA 2558.9 (PGPID 11557).
