רשומה מבית דין: שטר שחרור מחוב. סת אלסאדה בת מח'תאר משחררת אדם מחיוב, בשמה, בשם בעלה מח'לוף נאמן הישיבה, ובשם בנה אבו אלפח'ר בן מח'לוף (המעיד בעצמו). כתב ידו של נתן בן שמואל החבר (פעיל בשנים 1128–1164 לספירה). (המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין ועל CUDL.) בצד האחורי מופיעות הערות בעברית הנוגעות לדיני ערלה ("פרי לא נימול", כלומר האיסור לאכול מפירותיו של עץ צעיר).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record: debt quittance. Sitt al-Sāda bt. Mukhtār releases someone in her own name, that of her husband Makhlūf Neʾeman ha-Yeshiva and of her son Abū l-Fakhr b. Makhlūf (who testifies himself). Hand of Natan b. Shemuʾel he-ḥaver (fl. 1128–1164 CE). (Information from Goitein's index card and CUDL.) On verso there are Hebrew notes relating to ʿorla ('uncircumcised fruit', i.e. the prohibition against eating fruit from young trees).
