הסכם פשרה בין אבו אלמנא עלא בן סבאע (המכונה אבן אלדהקאן) לבין אבו אלחסין יחיא בן שמואל הכהן. האחרון חב חוב (במסמך מוזכרים סכומים של 50 דינרים ו-30 דינרים) ומסכים לשלם לראשון 26 דינרים בתשלומים חודשיים של דינר אחד. הפשרה הושגה בתיווכם של "זקנים אוהבי שלום". תחילת התשלומים מתוארכת לחשון שנת אלף ארבע מאות ושלוש עשרה למניין השטרות (= 1101 לסה"נ). בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Settlement between Abū l-Munā ʿUlla b. Sibaʿ (known as Ibn al-Dihqān), and Abū l-Ḥusayn Yaḥyā b. Shemuel ha-Kohen. The latter owes a debt (figures of 50 dinars and 30 dinars are mentioned) and agrees to pay 26 dinars to the former in monthly installments of 1 dinar. The settlement was reached through the mediation of "peace-loving elders." The start of the payments is dated Ḥeshvan 1413 Seleucid (= 1101 CE). In the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli.
