שתי עצומות (אסתע'את'ה) המופנות אל קאצ'י פאטמי. הראשונה עוסקת בכליאתו של מפרנס המשפחה, אדם בשם חביב. בסופה של העצומה נוסף אישור (חתימת אישור) המורה על שחרורו. העצומה השנייה אינה שלמה (ככל הנראה מן המאה ה-12). נראה ששני המסמכים אינם קשורים זה לזה, והודבקו יחד כדי ליצור גיליון נייר גדול דיו לשימוש בצד השני (לתוכן הצד השני ראו רשומה נפרדת). המידע מבוסס על קטלוג'אן ו-CUDL.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Two petitions to a Fatimid judge. The first concerns the incarceration of the family breadwinner, a certain Ḥabīb. An endorsement fixed to the end of the petition orders his release. The second petition is incomplete (c. 12th century). These seem to be unrelated documents glued together to create a large enough piece of paper for verso (for which see separate record). (Information from Khan and CUDL.)
