חלק מהסכם טרום-נישואין. נכתב על ידי עמנואל בן יחיאל. מתוארך לי"ג באלול א[...], בפוסטאט. הוצא בסמכותו של דוד הראשון מימוני (1237–1300). הכלה: [...] בת ברכ[את] בן שלה הלוי אלסֻכּרי (יצרן הסוכר). החתן: [...] בן פרחיה. הכלה זכאית לשמור לעצמה את רווחיה מעבודתה, אך החתן מחויב לספק לה את לבושה. מצד שני, חמותה תתגורר עמה באותו בית בקהיר. המסמך כלל רשימת נדוניה גדולה ואת אישור החתן על קבלתה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Part of a pre-nuptial agreement. Written by ʿImmanuel b. Yeḥiʾel. Dated 13th Elul 1[...], in Fusṭāṭ. Issued under the authority of David I Maimonides (1237–1300). Bride: [...] bt. Barak[āt] b. Shela ha-Levi al-Sukkarī (the sugar-maker) (bride). Groom: [...] b. Peraḥya. The bride is entitled to keep her earnings, although the bridegroom has to provide her clothing. On the other hand, her mother-in-law will live with her in the same house in Cairo.
