מכתב מיאשיהו הנשיא אל אלעזר השר. הרווחים בין השורות נדיבים. כתב היד מוכר ממסמכים אחרים ומתוארך למאה השלוש-עשרה. רק הפתיחה (או טיוטת הפתיחה) השתמרה. בצד ה-verso מופיעה רשימת פרשיות עם כותרת בערבית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of Yoshiyahu ha-Nasi to Elʿazar ha-Sar. Generous spacing between the lines. The hand is known from other documents and dates to the 13th century. Only the beginning (or draft of the beginning) is preserved. On verso there is a list of parshiyot with an Arabic header.
