מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של נתן בן שמואל, אשר אף חתם על הקיום. תיארוך: בערך 1145 לסה"נ (אם כי לא ברור מהו המקור להערכה זו). טווח התאריכים 1164–1128 לסה"נ סביר על בסיס השנים שבהן היה נתן בן שמואל החבר פעיל. אבו אלחסן חייב 66 דרהם לפרנס סאלם. אם לא ישולם החוב בהתאם לתכנית התשלומים המוסכמת, יתבע אותו סאלם על מלוא הסכום בבתי הדין המוסלמיים. העדים: יפת בן שחרור ("ציפור שיר שחורה"); אברהם בן יהודה הכהן. הקיום מעניין בכך שאין הוא מציין בפועל את שמות העדים. הוא חתום בידי דוד הפליט בן יוסף, חייא בן יצחק, ונתן בן שמואל. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In the hand of Natan b. Shemuel, who also signed the validation (qiyyum). Dating: ca. 1145 CE (but it is not clear where this estimate comes from). The date range of 1128–1164 CE is plausible based on the years when Natan b. Shemuel he-Ḥaver was active. Abū l-Ḥasan owes 66 dirhams to the parnas Sālim. If not paid according to the agreed-upon installment plan, Sālim will sue him for the entire sum in Muslim courts. Witnesses: Yefet b. Shaḥrūr ("Blackbird"); Avraham b. Yehuda ha-Kohen. The qiyyum is notable for the fact that it doesn't actually list the names of the witnesses. It is signed by David ha-Paliṭ b. Yosef, Ḥiyya b.
