מכתב מאת אבו זכרי, ובו הוא מודיע לשיח' אל-רשיד אל-שמואל (הידוע גם כאל-סמואל) כי בשובו ממסע הודיעו לו שעליו חוב בסך 95 דינרים, שנוצר בעקבות האשמות שווא של עדים נגד בנו אברהם, אשר הפסיד 132 דינרים. הוא מבקש מאל-רשיד לפנות בשאלה אל הנגיד אברהם כיצד לנהוג. כמו כן הוא מברך את הנמען על החלמתו ממחלה או מפציעה. בצד השני (verso) הוא מוסיף שאלה נוספת עבור הנגיד בעניין חוב של 3 דינרים ריבית לחודש, ומזכיר את מחלתו שלו עצמו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: A letter from Abū Zikrī in which he informs al-shaykh al-rashid al-Shemuʾel (aka al-Samawʾal) that upon returning from traveling, he was informed that he held a debt of 95 dinars as a result of false accusations by witnesses against his son Avraham, who lost 132 dinars. He asks al-Rashid to ask the Nagid Avraham what to do. He also congratulates the recipient on his recovery from his illness or injury. On the verso, he includes another question for the Nagid regarding owing 3 dinars of interest a month, and mentions his own illness.
