עצומה מעמראן בן ח'לף אל הגאון מצליח בן שלמה הכהן (כיהן בשנים 1127–1139). בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ). הכותב טוען כי "רומה" בנישואיו לאישה, מאחר שהיא הייתה "מעאקה" במצב של טומאה — משמעות הביטוי אינה ברורה לחלוטין; ככל הנראה המצב נמשך כבר כמה שנים. בשוליים העליונים השתמרו חלק מבקשותיו הספציפיות של הכותב. בצד האחורי מופיעות הערות משפטיות נוספות בכתב ידו של חלפון, ולא ברור אם וכיצד הן קשורות לעצומה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Petition from ʿImrān b. Khalaf to the Gaon Maṣliaḥ b. Shelomo ha-Kohen (r. 1127-1139). In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100-1138 CE). In which he claims he was "swindled" in his marriage to a woman, because she was "muʿāqa" in impurity, whatever that means; apparently this situation has lasted for several years. In the upper margin some of his specific requests are preserved. On verso there are additional legal notes in the hand of Ḥalfon, unclear if or how they are related. (Information in part from CUDL.)
