רשימה של 54 תורמים, בכתב ידו של הסופר של רשימה נוספת שפורסמה על ידי מאן, ושל שני מסמכים נוספים מאותה תקופה. בראש הרשימה עומד נציג הסוחרים יקותיאל בן משה, המכונה 'אלחכים'. התורם השני, המכונה 'הפאר', הוא יפת בן אברהם, 'פאר הקהילות' (מסמכים מתוארכים שלו ידועים מהשנים 1076–1103). מעל רוב השמות מופיע קו, שהיה הדרך הימי-ביניימית למחיקה, ומשמעותו ככל הנראה שהתשלום בוצע. רשימה דומה מאותה תקופה (סוף המאה ה-11 או תחילת המאה ה-12) שרדה אף היא. לפי גויטיין, המסמך מתוארך לרבע השלישי של המאה ה-11.

Above most names there is a line, the medieval way of deleting, meaning certainly that payment was made. Similar list from same period (late 11th or early 12th c.) is T-S Ar.51.140.
