רשימת תשלומים שבועיים, ולפניה פירוט המגבית שנאספה לצורך כך. בכותרת נכתב: "חשבון ההכנסות מן המגבית לתשלומים השבועיים, ג'באית אלמג'אמעה, לשבוע פרשת נשא" (במדבר ד׳:כ״א–ז׳:פ״ט, הנקראת בדרך כלל בחודשי מאי או יוני). בין הסכומים המפורטים: "אדוננו" (הוא הרמב"ם) — 8 דרהם; "הנאמן" (תוארו של חמיו של הרמב"ם) — 12 דרהם; שלושה אנשים נוספים — 10 דרהם; אחד, שלושה וחמישה אחרים — 6, 5 ו-4 דרהם בהתאמה. מספר פריטים אבדו. בצדו השני של כתב היד (שהוא למעשה הרקטו, על פי כריכת המסמך) תורמים "הנאמן" ואחרים סכומים נוספים. אף על פי כן, נאספו רק 124 דרהם, בעוד שנדרשו עוד 31 דרהם. מלבד פקידי הקהילה (ר' אנטולי — 8 דרהם; ר' יפתח — 6; החזן אבו סהל — 6; ואחרים), כוללת הרשימה גם תשלומים לנשים ולמס הגולגולת (ג'אליה). משכורתו החודשית של ר' אנטולי, שעמדה על 52 דרהם ומומנה מהכנסות נכסי בתים (קודש), כנראה שולמה במקביל לתשלום השבועי הזה, שמומן מן המגבית.

Superscription: 'Statement about the revenue from the collection for the weekly payments, jibayat al-mujama'a, for the week of Naso' (Numbers 4:21-7:89, read mostly in May or June); 'our Master' (Moses Maimonides) 8 dirhams, 'the Trustworthy' (title of Maimonides' father-in-law) 12 dirhams, three others 10 dirhams, one, three, and five other 6, 5, and 4 dirhams respectively; Several items are lost. On the reverse side (as the manuscript is bound, it is recto) the Trustworthy and others give additional sums. Still, only 124 dirhams were collected, while another 31 were required. Besides communal officials (R. Anatoli, 8 dirhams; R. Jephthah, 6; the cantor Abu Sahl, 6; and others), payments to women and for the capitation tax are included. R. Anatoli's monthly salary of 52 dirhams, which was covered by income from houses, probably was simultaneous with this weekly emolument, which was paid from a collection.
