מכתב מנתן בן נהראי, בן דודו מצד האב של נהראי בן נסים, מאלכסנדריה אל בנו של נהראי, אבו סעד נסים בן נהראי, בפוסטאט, לאחר שנת 1096. המכתב עוסק בעניינים מסחריים רבים ומזכיר את אברהם אלדרעי כמתחרהו של נתן בסחר האלמוגים. נהראי מוזכר כמי שכבר נפטר ובנו פועל בשמו, ומכך שנסים כבר בוגר ומעורב במסחר ניתן להסיק שהמכתב נכתב בסוף שנות התשעים של המאה ה-11. המסמך הוא מס' 43 בארכיון נהראי. במכתב מוזכרים סחורות שונות: משי, בגדים, פנינים, לאפיס לזולי ובדיל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Natan b. Nahray, the paternal cousin of Nahray b. Nissim, in Alexandria, to Nahray's son, Abū Saʿd Nissim b. Nahray, in Fustat, after 1096. The letter relates many commercial matters and mentions Avraham al-Derʿi as Natan's commercial competitor in coral trade. Nahray is mentioned as dead in his son's name and from the fact that Nissim is already grown up and involved in trade, one can conclude that the letter was written in the late nineties of the 11th century.
