מסמך הנוגע לשידוך של כלה בתולה (בתולה לראשונה) בדמוה שבמצרים. לפי גיל, נכתב בידי חלפון בן מנשה (אשור חולק על ייחוס זה). המסמך רושם קנס לטובת בית הכנסת של דמוה. ראשית המאה השלוש-עשרה.
