רישום משפטי (מספר 105) מתוך פנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארך לכ"ז בכסלו [ה'שכ"ו] (1565), כאשר השנה זהה לרישומים קודמים באותו דף. הרישום מתעד הסכם בין בני זוג גרושים בעקבות מתן גט באותו היום. אברהים בן יהודה הרופא מצהיר כי לאחר גירושיו מצ'ארה(?) בת עבד אל-מקצור הכהן אין לו כל תביעות משפטיות תלויות ועומדות נגד גרושתו. במקביל, צ'ארה(?) מופיעה בפני בית הדין ומשחררת את גרושה מתשלום מוהר מאוחר ומכל תביעות משפטיות נוספות הקשורות לכתובתה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#105) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 35r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 27 Kislev [5326 AM] (1565), with the year listed as the same from previous entries on the same folio. Agreement between ex-spouses following the issuance of the bill of divorce on the same day. Ibrahīm b. Yehuda ha-Rofe acknowledges that, following his divorce with Ḍara(?) () bt. ʿAbd al-Maqṣūr al-Kohen, he does not have any outstanding legal claims against his ex-wife. Likewise Ḍara(?) appears before the court and she releases her ex-husband from paying her delayed dowry and other legal claims related to her ketubba. MCD.
