רישום משפטי (מס' 94) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר, מתוארך לי״ג בניסן ה׳שכ״ו (1566). הודאת חוב שבה יעיש הכהן בן עבד אלכרים אלמורדי מעיד כי הוא חייב לגיסו או חתנו שמואל הדיין סכום ניכר של זהב ג'דיד שקיבל ממנו כהלוואה (ללא ציון כמות מטבעות מדויקת). שמואל הדיין הוא אחד הדיינים היושבים בבית הדין ומופיע ברבים מהרישומים בפנקס זה, וכן מופיע כצד ברישום הבא (מס' 95).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#94) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 32r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 13 Nisan 5326 AM (1566 CE). Debt acknowledgment in which Yaʿīsh al-Kohen b. ʿAbd al-Karīm al-Mawardī testifies that he owes his brother- or son-in-law Shemuʾel ha-Dayyan a substantial sum of gold jadīd that he had received as a loan (no specific quantity of coinage is mentioned). The latter party is one of the presiding judges who appears in many of this court register's entries and he also appears as a party in the following entry #95 (PGPID 41602). MCD.
