רשומה משפטית (#93) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 31v של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך תחילת חודש אדר א' ה'שכ"ה (1565 לספה"נ). אברהם בן דוד הלוי משחרר את עבד אל-רחמאן בן ח'יד'ר אל-פולאדי מחובות הקשורים לחשבונות שותפותם ומוותר על תביעתו לפיצוי נוסף, שחלקו קשור לפעילות עסקית שכללה מתווך שאינו יהודי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#93) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 31v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated on the same day as the previous entry: at the beginning of the month of Adar I 5325 AM (1565 CE). Avraham b. David al-Levi releases ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Khiḍr al-Fūlādī from debts related to their partnership accounts and relinquishes his claim to seek any further compensation, some or all of which was related to business activities involving a non-Jewish broker/middleman (simsār).
