רישום משפטי (מס' 70) בפנקס בית הדין הקראי בקהיר. תיארוך: שנת 5324 או תחילת שנת 5325 לבריאת העולם (בערך 1564 לספירה), על בסיס התאריכים המופיעים ברשומות הסמוכות. צדקה בן יוסף אלנקאש נשבע בנוכחות שני הוריו כי לא ידרוך כף רגלו בבית אביו כל זמן שאביו יראה זאת לנכון. מדובר בסוג נדיר של הסדר משפטי או סכסוך, שמן הסתם נבע מעניין משמעותי כלשהו שהתגלע בין צדקה לבין הוריו. צדקה מסכים לתרום כמות של "שמן זית טוב" (זית טייב) לבית הכנסת דאר סמחה בקהיר — קנס המוכר ממסמכים קראיים נוספים מן העת החדשה המוקדמת. אביו של צדקה מופיע בשלוש הרשומות הקודמות באותו פנקס בית דין כצד בהסדר חובות ובפירוק שותפות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#70) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 23v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dating: 5324 or early 5325 AM (~1564 CE), based on the dates mentioned in surrounding entries. Ṣedaqa b. Yosef al-Naqqash swears an oath before both his parents that he will not set foot in his father's house so long as his father sees fit. This is an uncommon type of legal dispute/arrangement that must have resulted from a significant issue of some kind between Ṣedaqa and his parents. Ṣedaqa agrees to donate a quantity of "olive oil" (zayt ṭayyib) to the Dār Simḥa Synagogue in Cairo– a penalty known from other early modern Karaite documents, such as: Yevr.-Arab. II 1559 (PGPID 28023). Ṣedaqa's father appears in the previous three entries of the same court register as party to a debt settlement and partnership dissolution. MCD.
