רשומה משפטית (#62) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 21r של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך ז' ניסן ה'שכ"ד (מרץ 1564 לספה"נ). ערך חלקי זה נוסף בתחתית הדף שנה לאחר הערך העליון. שרה בת אהרון אל-קודסי מעידה שלא תבקר עוד את צרתה רבקה בת עבד אל-כרים אבן מעאני (או ילדיה) ללא הסכמת רבקה. שרה מסכימה גם לתנאים הנוגעים לבעלה עבד אל-מעאטי אל-פולאדי ולבגדיה/מזונותיה, אך הערך נקטע כאן.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#62) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 21r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 7 Nisan 5324 AM (March 1564 CE). This incomplete entry was added to the lower part of the page one year after the upper entry. Sarah bt. Aharon al-Qudsi testifies that she will no longer visit her co-wife Rivqa bt. ʿAbd al-Karīm Ibn Maʿānī (or the latter's children) without Rivqa's consent. Sarah also agrees to terms involving her husband ʿAbd al-Maʿaṭī al-Fulādī and her clothing/alimony, but the entry cuts off here. MCD.
