צד פנימי: ראשית הלכות יסודי התורה של הרמב'ם עם חלוקות הנושאים המסומנות באותיות עבריות בכתב גדול יותר. גב: חשבון מקלייוב המזכיר מזון מבושל ב-2.5 דרהם ושתייה (או ליתר דיוק סוכר) ב-1 דרהם. בשוליים של שני הצדדים יש פתקאות, בעיקר אותיות בודדות בגדלים שונים
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: beginning of Maimonides’ Hilkhot Yesode ha-Tora with divisions of the subjects marked by Hebrew letters in larger script. Verso: an account from Qalyūb mentioning cooked food for 2.5 dirhams and alcoholic drinks (or more likely sugar, סכר rather than שכר) for 1 dirham. In the margins of recto and verso there are jottings, mostly made up of separate letters of different sizes. (Information mainly from CUDL.)
