רישום משפטי (מספר 45) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. הרישום נערך באותו יום של הרישום הקודם בפנקס, י"ט בטבת, אך השנה המדויקת אינה מצוינת. שמואל בן יחיא פיירוז מופיע בפני בית הדין על מנת לשחרר את אסתר בת משה הלוי ואת בעלה עבד אל-כרים (אחיו של שמואל) מחובות קודמים. הצדדים מסכימים שלא להעלות תביעות נוספות או לדרוש החזר זה מזה. אף שיש הבדלים קלים בשמות, שמואל בן יחיא פיירוז הוא כמעט בוודאות אותו אדם המזוהה ברישום הקודם כשמואל בן יחיא אלפיירוזי (שחרור חוב עם אחר מאחיו או גיסותיו).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#45) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 16r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated on the same day as the previous entry, 19 Tevet, but the exact year is not stated. Shemuʾel b. Yaḥya Fayruz appears before the court in order to release Esther bt. Moshe ha-Levi and her husband ʿAbd al-Karīm (Shemuʾel's brother) from prior debts. The parties agree to not seek any further claims or reimbursement from one another. Although there are slight differences in nomenclature, Shemuʾel b. Yaḥya Fayruz is almost certainly the same person identified in the previous entry as Shemuʾel b. Yaḥya al-Fayruzī (a debt release with one of his other brothers/sisters-in-law). MCD.
