(תעודה מס' 12) מקרה של נכסי דלא ניידי הנושא שלוש חתימות של דיינים, ועוסק בנכס הקדש (וַקְפִיָּה), ובפרט בית מסחר (אוכאלה = وكالة) ב"נמל דמיאט" שנפל לשממה. הרישום מבוסס על עדות עדים אודות מצב הנכס, אשר מעמדו כהקדש מוסבר בשורת הפתיחה של הערך ("וקפייאת הקרקעות שעשה הרב הכולל מוהרי' קשטרו זלה'ה") – המצביע על מקים ההקדש כר' קשטרו, אך ללא ציון שם פרטי בין כינויי הכבוד. תיאור הנכס מזכיר את התמוטטותם של קירות שונים ואת היעדר דלת או מנעול במבנה ("דלת ובריח אין לה"). הערך כולל גם דיון בהסדרים לתיקונים עתידיים, בדמי קרקע (אַרְצִ'יָּה), ובהסדרת ירושת הנכס בקרב צאצאיה הנוכחיים והעתידיים של משפחת קשטרו. שמו המלא של בית המסחר מופיע בהמשך, בשורה 35 (1r) ובשורה 16 (1v): וִכַּאלַת אל-מהאזקה/מראזקה (האיות המדויק של השם טעון בירור נוסף).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#12) in a court register/pinqas from a beit din in Cairo (on f. 1r-v of T-S K22.27). In Hebrew with some terms in Judaeo-Arabic. Location: Cairo. Dated in the middle third of Adar I 5453, which is 1693 CE. (Document #12) Real estate case with three judges' signatures regarding an endowment property (waqfiyya), specifically a commercial house (אוכאלה=وكالة) in the "port of Damietta" that has fallen into ruin. The entry is based on witness testimony about the state of the property whose waqf status is explained in the opening line of the entry (וקפייאת הקרקעות שעשה הרב הכולל מוהרי׳ קשטרו זלה׳׳ה)– pointing to the founder of the endowment as R. Castro, but with no first name included among the honorifics. The description of the property mentions the collapse of various walls and the lack of a door/lock on the building (דלת ובריח אין לה). The document entry also discusses arrangements for future repairs, ground rent (arḍiyya), and for the property's succession among current/future descendants of the Castro family. The full name of the commercial house appears later in line 35 (1r) and line 16 (1v): Wikālat al-Mhāzqa/Mrāzqa (the exact spelling of the title requires further research). MCD.
