(מסמך מס' 15) הסכמת קהל בעניין גזרה עות'מאנית להטלת מס על הקהילה היהודית בנוסף למס הגולגולת (״נוספת בכרגא וכסף גולגלתא״). בני הקהילה מגיעים להסכמה לפעול ולהשתדל נגד המס כדי למנוע את הפיכתו לנוהג קבוע ״לנו ולדורות אחרינו״.

Undated but likely early Adar 5443 AM, given that the neighboring shelfmarks are 7 Adar and 9 Adar of 5443 AM. (Document #15) Communal agreement regarding an Ottoman decree for collecting a tax on the Jewish community in addition to the capitation tax (נוספת בכרגא וכסף גולגלתא).
