מצד הוורסו: רישומים משפטיים בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לספירה). נזכרים בו אבו כת'יר אפרים בן חלפון ואשתו מחפוט'ה בת יוסף, המכונה זין אל-תֻג'אר ("נוי הסוחרים"). מתחת לכך נזכר אבו אל-חסן עלי בן [...] חנניה, המכונה אבן [...] הכהן. מתחת לזה ישנו ניסיון קולמוס בכתב יד אחר. מצד הרקטו: בכתב יד שונה, רשימת שמות בערבוב של כתב עברי וכתב ערבי. כותרת הרשימה: "שמות הנתבעים (? אל-מֻדְּעַא עַלַיְהִם)". ברשימה נכללים: [...] אחותו של אבו אל-פצ'ל; עלי בן [...] אביו [...] בן עלי; גיסו ישועה בן מנצור; אבו אל-מֻפצ'ל חנניה בן שכניה(?); אחיו [...]. דורש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Legal notes in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Mentions Abū Kathīr Efrayim b. Ḥalfon and his wife Maḥfūẓa bt. Yosef known as Zayn al-Tujjār. Underneath, mentions Abū l-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. [...] Ḥananya known as Ibn [...] ha-Kohen. Underneath that there is a pen trial in a different hand. Recto: In a different hand, a list of names in a mixture of Hebrew script and Arabic script. Headed: "the names of those who are sued (? al-mudʿā ʿālayhim)." The list includes: [...] the sister of Abū l-Faḍl; ʿElī b. [...]his father [...] b. ʿEli; his brother-in-law Yeshuʿa b. Manṣūr; Abū l-Mufaḍḍal Ḥananya b. Shekhanya(?); his brother [...].
