פרוטוקול בית דין הכולל חתימות של שלושה עדים יהודים בכתב ערבי. בחלקו הראשון מובאת תלונה נגד אישה יהודייה, שהואשמה על ידי שני מוסלמים בקיום יחסי אישות עם רופא נוצרי. המאשימים דיווחו כי ראו אותה משוטטת בקרבת בית המרקחת שלו, ועקבו אחריה במשך ארבעים יום בטרם הביאו את חשדותיהם בפני קאדי. החתימות בתחתית המסמך נוסחו על פי הנוסחה הנוטריונית המקובלת באישורים ערביים-אסלאמיים; גויטיין מפרש את אופי החתימות כעדות לכוונתו של מאן דהו להציג מסמך יהודי-ערבי זה בפני קאדי. החותמים הם עלאן בן נחום, עלאן בן אברהים ואברהים בן יוסף בן ענאן. תאריך המסמך: ראבי' ב' או ג'ומאדא ב' שנת 455 להג'רה = 1063 לספירה. במסמך מוזכרת העיירה מליג', וכן האישים הבאים: אברהם בן ישועה, אבו סעד בן תמים, עמרם בן אלעזר וסעדאן בן סהל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record(s) containing signatures of three Jewish witnesses in Arabic script, in the first of which a Jewish woman is charged by two Muslims with being intimate with a Christian physician. They reported seeing her loitering by his apothecary practice, and spied on her for 40 days before taking their suspicions to a judge. Signatures at the bottom follow the notarial formula of Arabic-script (Islamic) attestations; Goitein interprets the signatures as evidence that someone intended to take this Judaeo-Arabic document to a qāḍī. Signing are ʿAllān b. Nāḥūm, ʿAllān b. Ibrāhīm, and Ibrāhīm b. Yusuf b. ʿĀnān. Dated: Either Rabīʿ II or Jumādā II 455 AH = 1063 CE. Mentions the town Malīj, and the following individuals: Avraham b.
