מסמך ממלכתי, בכתב ערבי. בנוגע להליכים במשרד הפיקוח במחוז אל-פייום. אבו פתח אללה שוור בן יוסף, ראש החשבונאים (אל-מֻסְתַוְפי) ומפקח עיירת במויה (בצפון פייום) הופיע בפני דיוואן אל-אשראף (משרד הפיקוח) בפייום בשנת 402 להיג'רה, ונשבע והעיד בגלוי שיספק כמות מסוימת של תוצרת (אל-ע'לאת) מדי יום.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, in Arabic script. Regarding proceedings in the Office of Inspection in the province of al-Fayyūm. Abū Fatḥ Allāh Shawār b. Yūsuf, the chief accountant (al-mustawfī) and the overseer of Bamawayh town (in Northern Fayyūm) appeared before the dīwān al-ishrāf (office of inspection) in the Fayyūm in the year 402 H, and solemnly swore and testified that he would deliver a certain quantity of produce (al-ghallāt) every day.
