Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter addressed to a Jewish notable (המעולה... הפטיש... ). In Hebrew for the introduction and Judaeo-Arabic for the body. The name Shemuel ha-Levi (the sender?) appears three lines from the bottom. He offers excuses for why he has not come in person.
