מכתב (הפותח במילה "תד'כרה"/תזכורת) מהבת אללה בן ח'לף אלחמוי אל ברכאת בן ח'ליף, ובו הוא מתלונן שלא הצליח למכור את השרף (רזין) ומזכיר משלוח באוניית אלחרבי, ככל הנראה נוצרי מארץ נוצרית. גיל מתארך את המכתב למאי 1037, על סמך העובדה שיום ראשון חל באותה שנה ב-י"ב בסיוון. עם זאת, נראה שגיל לא שקל את האפשרות שמדובר במכתב מן המאה ה-12. ידוע על סוחר בשם ברכאת בן ח'ליף שפעל בראשית המאה ה-12, ולכן יש לבחון מחדש את התיארוך. כרטיסיית האינדקס של גויטיין מציעה תיארוך בסביבות שנת 1100. Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter (headed "tadhkira"/memorandum) from Hibatallāh b. Khalaf al-Ḥamawī to Barakāt b. Khulayf, complaining that he couldn't sell the resin and mentioning a transport by the ship of al-Ḥarbī, apparently a Christian from a Christian land. Dating to May 1037, according to Gil, based on the fact that Sunday fell on 12 Sivan that year. However, Gil doesn't seem to have considered that this could be a 12th century letter. There was a well known trader Barakāt b. Khulayf active in the early 12th century, so this dating should be revisited. Goitein's index card suggests a date ca. 1100.
