ורסו: טיוטה של מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של שלמה בן אליהו. תיארוך: מוזכרת תקופה המתחילה באייר א'תקמ"ב לשטרות, כלומר אפריל 1231 לספירה. המסמך עוסק בהחכרת שני נכסים שבבעלות סת אלנבא בת אבו אסחאק אבן אלאמשאטי, אשתו של אבו אלבקא אלעזר בן אבו אלפצ'איל. היא מחכירה בסתאן (גן/פרדס) עם בית וקאעה (המכונה גם חצי-בית) לאבו אלרצ'א למשך 7 שנים תמורת 52.5 דרהם (כלומר 7.5 לשנה), סכום שישמש לשיפוץ נכסים אלה. אבו אלרצ'א רשאי גם להשתמש בפירות הבסתאן לעצמו. Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Draft of a legal document in the hand of Shelomo b. Eliyyahu. Dating: Mentions a period beginning Iyyar 1542 Seleucid, which is April 1231 CE. Concerning the lease of two properties owned by Sitt al-Nabaʾ bt. Abū Isḥāq Ibn al-Amshāṭī, the wife of Abū l-Baqāʾ Elʿazar b. Abū l-Faḍāʾil. She leases a bustān with a house and a qāʿa (also referred to as a half-house) to Abū l-Riḍā for 7 years against 52.5 dirhams (i.e., 7.5 per year), which will be used for renovation of these properties.
