שטר שחרור קרוע ומחוק שבו חלף ומוסאפר, בני שמואל ב' חלף, מודים שקיבלו דרך יצחק הכהן 250 זהובים שהופקדו אצל מחפוז ב' יצחק. חתום על ידי שר שלום ב' יוסף, סעדיה ב' אפרים ושלמה ב' סעדיה. מתוארך אלול 1360 = אוגוסט 1049.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Mostly torn and effaced release in which Khalaf and Musafir, sons of Shemuel b. Khalaf, acknowledge to have received through Yiṣḥaq ha-Kohen 250 gold pieces deposited with Mahfuz b. Yiṣḥaq. Signed by Sar Shalom b. Yosef, Saadya b. Efrayim, and Shelomo b. Saadya.
