חוברת חשבונות שכריכתה שלמה. בתמונה השישית מופיע תאריך יום שלישי י״ח באייר [..]93 לבריאת העולם, ועל פי הפליאוגרפיה מדובר ככל הנראה בשנת [55]93. אישוש נוסף לכך הוא העובדה שבשנת ה'תקצ״ג אכן חל י״ח באייר ביום שלישי — בעוד שבשנת ה'תצ״ג (השנה האחרת המתקבלת על הדעת מבחינה פליאוגרפית) הדבר לא היה כך. רבים מן החשבונות מתוארכים לפי פרשות השבוע, כפי שמקובל בחשבונות קהילתיים רבים, אך נראה סביר יותר שמדובר כאן בעסקאות עסקיות פרטיות. לכל אורך החוברת מוזכרות חנויות (דוכאן), וכן עסקאות אסתגראר (חובות הקשורים באשראי על סחורות). דרושה בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Booklet of accounts, the binding is intact. Dated in the sixth image as Tuesday 18 Iyyar [..]93 AM, which is likely [55]93 based on the paleography. Further confirmation emerges from the fact that in 5593 AM, 18 Iyyar indeed fell on a Tuesday– which was not the case in 5493 (the other plausible year based on the paleography). Many of the accounts are dated according to the weekly Parsha readings, as is the case with many communal accounts, however, it seems more likely that these are private business transactions. Shops (דוכאן) are mentioned throughout the booklet, as are אסתגראר transactions (credit-related debts on goods). Requires further examination. MCD.
