קמיעות מאגיים להגנה מפני עקרבים, שנועדו להישא גלולים בתוך בית קמיע סביב הצוואר. המאגיקון העתיק את הנוסח של הקמיע פעמים רבות, וצייר בתחתית כל אחד מהם עקרב מסורבל. ניכר שכמה מהם נחתכו ונמכרו. הנוסח של הקמיע זהה לזה שמופיע בקטע מקביל, אלא שבמקביל מופיעים שני שמות מאגיים נוספים ואין בו איור. בצדו השני של אותו קטע מקביל מופיעה רשימה בכתב סתרים. ראו גדעון בוהק, "Some 'mass-produced' Scorpion-amulets from the Cairo Genizah", בתוך A Wandering Galilean (2009), עמ' 35–50.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Magical amulets to protect against scorpions, designed to be worn rolled up in an amulet case around the neck. The magician has repeatedly copied the amulet, drawing a crude scorpion at the bottom of each. Several have evidently been cut off and sold. (Information from CUDL.) ENA NS 73.12 contains the same spell as T-S AS 143.26, except with two more magical names and no illustration. On verso of ENA NS 73.12, there is a list in a cryptic script.
