כתובה, חסרה. השימוש של הסופר בנייר ובשוליים מרמז כי מדובר ככל הנראה בפורמולר (נוסח לדוגמה) שהתבסס על מסמך אמיתי. המקום: קהיר. התאריך: י"ד בתשרי ה'תקע"ז = 6 באוקטובר 1816. החתן: רחמים בן נסים תלמיד. הכלה: שמה לא מולא, אך היא הייתה נשואה בעבר לרחמים, הם התגרשו, וכעת השלימו ביניהם ומתכוונים להינשא מחדש. הכתובה החדשה הזו מפרטת את התנאים המוטלים עליו הן מהכתובה הראשונה והן מהנישואין מחדש (גם הסכומים הספציפיים של התשלומים הושארו ריקים). השם רחמים תלמיד מופיע בקטע מרשימת מיסי כשרות קהילתית (גבלה) מקהיר, משנת 1822.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Ketubba, incomplete. The scribe's paper usage/margins suggest that this was likely a formulary based on a real document. Location: Cairo. Dated: 14 Tishrei 5577 AM = 6 October 1816 CE. Groom: Raḥamim b. Nissim Talmīd. Bride: her name has not been filled in, but she was previously married to Raḥamim, they divorced, and they have now made peace and intend to remarry. This new ketubba lays out the conditions upon him both from the first ketubba and from the remarriage (the specific sums for the payments have also been left blank). The name Raḥamim Talmīd appears in a fragment of a communal kashrut tax (gabela) list from Cairo, dated 1822 CE (JRL Series L 29 – PGPID 40135). ASE. MCD.
