מסמך קראי המאשרר (יאייד=يؤيد) את התנאים של שטר משפטי קודם שהוצא בבית הדין שבבית הכנסת דאר סמחה. מתוארך ב-ב' בניסן ה'ת"ו (1646). מסמך אישור זה הוצא בביתו של אליהו לוי בקהיר, והוא עוסק בשטר שהוצא במקור לאברהם לוי קֻדְסִי על ידי בית הדין של דאר סמחה. אברהם לוי קֻדְסִי מתחייב שלא לחזור בו מתנאי המסמך המקורי למשך תקופה של שש שנים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Karaite document corroborating (יאייד=يؤيد) the terms an earlier legal deed that had been issued in the beit din at the Dār Simḥa Synagogue. Dated 2 Nisan 5406 AM (1646 CE). This confirmation document was issued in the home of Eliyahu Levi in Cairo and it deals with the shetar that was originally issued to Avraham Levi Qudsī by the Dār Simḥa beit din. Avraham Levi Qudsī commits not to renege on the terms of the original document for a timespan of six years. MCD.
