הסכם פיוס בין בעל לאשתו. מתוארך: ו' בתמוז ה'תט"ו לבריאת העולם, שהם 1655 לספירה. המעמד נערך בביתו של אהרן רופא חזן (ככל הנראה בקהיר). לאחר סכסוך שפרץ ביניהם, נשבע שחאתה בן אהרן פירוז שלא יגרש את אשתו חנינה בת חנניה במשך עשרים שנה. בנוסף, שחאתה מתחייב לשלם לחנינה את שווי כתובתה תוך שלושים יום, במקרה שבני הזוג יתגרשו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Reconciliation agreement between husband and wife. Dated: 6 Tammuz 5415 AM, which is 1655 CE. Venue: the residence of Aharon Rofe Ḥazan (presumably in Cairo). After a dispute between them, Shaḥata b. Aharon Feyruz takes an oath not to divorce his wife Ḥanīna bt. Ḥananya for twenty years. Shaḥata also commits to pay Ḥanīna the value of her ketubba within thirty days, in the event that the couple does divorce. MCD.
