רשומות בית דין בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138). בצד הרקטו, מאשר בית הדין קבלת דבר-מה המגיע לסת אל-חסן בת אבו מנצור סהל/שלא הכהן, כנראה מאבו אל-פרג' שמואל הזקן ראש הקהילות. ההמשך חסר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record(s). In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (active 1100–38). On recto, the court certifies the receipt of something which was due to Sitt al-Ḥusn bt. Abū Manṣūr Sahl/Shela ha-Kohen probably from Abū l-Faraj Shemuel ha-Zaqen Rosh ha-Qehillot (appears also in Moss. V,393.1 (PGPID 18093)). The continuation is missing. Verso is difficult to read and may or may not be related.
