הצהרת שכיב מרע בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138), הכוללת את הפינה הימנית העליונה של המסמך. אישה זקנה, אלמנתו של אבו עלי יפת אבן אלצבאע', אשר העניקה לשפחתה (וצ'יפה) מחצית מבית ואת שאר רכושה, מבקשת ממנה כעת לוותר על חלק של שמינית מהחלק בבית, אשר ברצונה להעניק לבת אחותה, נאג'יה בת [...] אשתו של אבו נצר מבשר בן סעדיה הלוי. המסמך עוסק באותו עניין הנדון במסמך אחר (PGPID 3188). המידע מבוסס על "חברה ים-תיכונית" כרך ה'.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Deathbed declaration in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100-1138), comprising the right upper corner. An old woman, the widow of Abū ʿAlī Yefet Ibn al-Ṣabbāgh (she is probably the same as Ḥusna bt. Shaʾul from T-S NS 320.126 (PGPID 25396)), who had given her maidservant (waṣīfa) half of a house and the rest of her belongings asks her to renounce one eight of the share in the house, which she wishes to give to her sister's daughter, Nājiya bt.
