מסמך בכתב ערבי. מתוארך, אך התאריך קשה לקריאה. רשימת גידולים (קמח, שעיר, פול, ואחרים) וכמויות. פותח בפסקה המזכירה את עֻ'תְמָאן בן עבד אל-ע'נִי בן אִסְמָעִיל ומזכירה את הדִּיוָואן. ככל הנראה קשור למדינה/מיסים. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר על הרקטו לפיוטים בעברית. דרוש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document in Arabic script. Dated, but the date is difficult to read. List of crops (qamḥ, shaʿīr, fūl, others) and quantities. Headed with a paragraph naming ʿUthmān b. ʿAbd al-Ghanī b. Ismāʿīl and mentioning the dīwān. Likely state/tax related. Probably dated 7 Ramaḍān 635 H. Reused on the recto for Hebrew piyyutim. Needs further examination.
