קבלת מס שהונפקה עבור הצָ'אמן (האחראי על גביית המסים) של ד'את אלצפא, כנגד הכנסות שמסר אבו אלחסן בן והב. התאריך: 12 בד'ו אלקעדה 405 להג'רה. הקבלה נכתבה בידו של הג'הבד' (פקיד הכספים) מיכאיל בן עבד אלמסיח. הסכום: חצי דינר. נכתבה תחת פיקוחם של שלושה פקידים: (1) תחת הקאדי המבורך והישר ת'קת אלמלכ מכין אלדולה ואמינהא, חסותו של אמיר המאמינים, אבו אלחסן עלי בן נהאר; (2) תחת הקאדי הנאמן אבו עלי אלחסן בן יחיא בן נהאר, סגנו; (3) במסגרת חשבונאות המסים של הזקן סדיד אלדולה אבו אלפרג' עבד אלמסיח בן קוריל. מידות: 13 × 8.5 ס"מ.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Tax receipt issued for the ḍāmin of Dhāt al-Ṣafā against revenue delivered by Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb. Dated: 12 Dhū l-Qaʿda 405. Written in the hand of the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Amount: one-half dīnār. Written under the supervision of three officials: (1) under the auspicious, rightly-guided qāḍī Thiqat al-Mulk Makīn al-Dawla wa-Amīnuhā, protégé of the Commander of the Faithful, Abū l-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Nahār; (2) under the fiduciary qāḍī Abū ʿAlī l-Ḥasan b. Yaḥyā b. Nahār, his deputy (3) in the tax accounting of the elder Sadīd al-Dawla Abū l-Faraj ʿAbd al-Masīḥ b. Qūrīl. Measurements: 13 × 8.5 cm.
